Giving a talk

The duration of the student talks will be 20 minutes. All participants are invited to present their own research or a topic of mathematics or statistics that they are passionate about.

Travel and lodging

We offer partial funding for travel and lodging of participants coming from outside Montreal, as budget allows.

Please indicate in the registration form if you wish to apply for funding. Be sure to keep all you bills and to have them with you during the event, as they will be necessary for the reimbursement.

Registration fees

The registration fees for the event are 20$. This includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on Saturday and Sunday, as well as the wine and cheese event and the Saturday night supper.

The first participants to register will receive a promotional ISM mug, so be sure to fill in the registration form as soon as possible!

Please register as soon as possible. This will help us organize the event and allow us to estimate the quantity of food needed.

If you wish to give a talk, please indicate it in the registration form. The title and abstract of the talk can be provided through the registration form, or sent to us by email by May 10th at the latest.
